By activating your NET10 service
("Service"), customer ("You") acknowledges and agrees
to the following terms and conditions:
Each NET10 airtime card comes with a number of minutes and a service
period. A 300-minute card provides 60 days of wireless service, a 600-minute
card provides 90 days, a 1,800-minute card provides 180 days and a 3,000-minute
card provides 365 days. When you add additional NET10 airtime, the days
of service do not add to the due date that appears on the NET10 phone.
When you add additional NET10 airtime your due date will be reset to the
number of days stated on the card, from the date you add that card. If
the additional card provides a shorter service period than the date displayed
on your phone, the due date will remain the same.
If you do not purchase and add additional airtime prior to the due date,
your NET10 Service will be deactivated and you will lose your NET10 phone
number and any remaining minutes. To avoid this from occurring, please
keep your NET10 phone service active by purchasing and adding more airtime
cards before the due date that is displayed on your phone, as provided
above.
You must add your NET10 airtime cards to your NET10 phone within one
year from the date of purchase. After one year from purchase, the card
expires. Airtime minutes added to your NET10 phone do not expire with
active service.
NET10 Prepaid Wireless Airtime rate plans, card denominations and these
Terms and Conditions of Service are subject to change without prior notice.
Tampering or falsification or entering of codes not properly authorized
by NET10, or the unauthorized use of your NET10 phone, may result in immediate
discontinuance of Service and prosecution to the full extent of the law.
NET10 reserves the right to cancel any Service without notice.
Your NET10 phone will only operate with NET10 Prepaid Wireless Airtime
cards and cannot be activated with other wireless or cellular services.
The purchase of NET10 wireless airtime cards is non-refundable.
You will be charged for all time during which your NET10 phone is connected
to, or using, the wireless system of the carrier or any other provider
of wireless or ancillary services. Use of a wireless system typically
begins when the user initiates a call by pressing the "send"
or "call" button or upon receiving a call and does not end until
the user presses the "end" button or the call is otherwise terminated.
All calls are deducted in full-minute increments; partial airtime usage
is rounded up to the next minute.
For outbound calls, you may be charged airtime for incomplete and/or
busy-no answer calls. With incoming calls, you will be charged airtime
upon pressing any key on the keypad to answer the call.
No credit is given for dropped calls. 911 calls are FREE. If you are
in an area where your phone is searching for a signal or there is no signal,
it is highly probable that a call to 911 will not go through. Do not rely
on this function in an emergency situation. Locate the nearest landline
phone and call for help. Calls such as 411 and 611 are not free with NET10
and shall be charged at regular airtime rates.
While you are within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin
Islands, you may make and receive calls using your NET10 phone. However,
you will need an additional service to make calls outside of the United
States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. NET10 offers international
long distance service as an additional feature and more information and
instructions can be found at www.NET10.com/ILD. While you are located
anywhere outside of the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin
Islands, your NET10 phone will not have service; you will not be able
to make or receive calls.
Airtime minutes are used when you access your voice mail or retrieve
voice mail messages from your NET10 phone.
You must accept the NET10 telephone number assigned to your NET10 phone
at the time of activation.
Service is subject to transmission limitations caused by atmospheric,
topographical and other conditions. Further, Service may be temporarily
refused, limited, interrupted or curtailed due to system capacity limitations,
technology migration or limitations imposed by the carrier, or because
of equipment modifications, upgrades, repairs or relocations or other
similar activities necessary or proper for the operation or improvement
of the carrier's radio telephone system. NET10 shall have no liability
for Service failures or limitations of Service. |
