| Cingular Go Phone Pay As You Go: Compatible phone required. Not all features
work on all phones and in all areas. Pay As You Go cards and account deposits
are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Cingular GoPhone Amounts deposited
into your account expire as follows: cards less than $25, 30 days; cards
$25 to $75, 90 days, $100 cards, 180 days. Unused account balance is forfeited
upon expiration. Cingular GoPhone Pay As You Go accounts will be canceled
60 days after expiration. A service activation fee and new wireless phone
number will be required to reactivate service. 900 numbers are not available.
Rates and services are subject to change. All service is subject to the
Cingular GoPhone Terms of Service found in the User Guide.
Charges: Cingular Go Phone Airtime is charged in full minute increments
with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute at the end of
each call. Directory assistance is $1.50 plus airtime. Daily access fee
for the $0.10 a minute plan is assessed each day you use your phone and
is debited from your account balance the day after you use the phone.
International long distance charges are in addition to regular airtime
charges. Airtime charges apply on Call Forwarding, operator assistance,
each part of a 3-way call and when retrieving voicemail messages. A fee
applies on all rate plan changes. Standard airtime charges apply to 800,
866, 877 and other toll-free calls. Taxes and other fees: In many jurisdictions,
certain recurring fees or taxes will be debited from your account balance
as allowed by law. Other taxes, surcharges and fees apply on top of refill
denominations. Free calls: 611 automated customer service, *777# for balance
inquiry text message, and 911 emergency. 611 may not work in all areas.

Cingular GoPhone Mobile-to-Mobile: Mobile to Mobile minutes may be used
for calls to or from any Cingular subscriber when within your Calling
Area. May not be used for interconnection to other networks. Mobile to
Mobile Minutes are only available if there is a positive account balance.
Cingular GoPhone Messaging, Downloads & MEdia Net: Text /Instant Messaging
and MEdia Net are automatically included at no monthly charge. Just pay
as you use. You may remove these services at any time by contacting customer
service. There is a charge per message sent or received, whether read
or unread, solicited or unsolicited. If you cancel the Text /Instant Messaging
service, you will not be able to send and receive messages, but Cingular
does not guarantee all incoming messages will be blocked. MEdia Net usage
is billed in full-kilobyte increments, and actual transport usage is rounded
up to the next full kilobyte at the end of each session. Your account
balance must be at least $5 to use Media Net, Text /Instant Messaging,
and Multimedia Messaging Services or to download ringtones, games and
graphics. MEdia Net usage is required to download ringtones, games and
graphics and to send and receive multimedia messages. In some cases our
network will resend data packets to ensure complete delivery. You will
be billed for these resent packets. Certain advanced features are not
